Customers will have noticed two new faces recently. Slav joined our team last month, and has been working in southwestern Sydney area. Goran started with us this month and has been training with myself and being introduced to everyone. These addition members of staff will help cater to our growing client base, and also help us provide a more flexible service.

The ID list has been updated and is available for download from the website.

Email addresses have now been added to most client accounts enabling us to communicate messages to you all much more efficiently. Customers will be notified of changes to our staff or other important messages via email important messages will also be conveyed by post.

I would like to introduce Muhiedine Tabbah (Mick). He is the newest member of our team and has commenced training and is currently being introduced to everybody. Customers will have received information for downloading our latest Identification lists. ID lists will also be posted with your next invoice.

Customers effected by school holidays should have by now received information for making changes to their scheduled collections.

KLS will be performing collections for schools as normal up until Friday the 2nd of october unless you have stated otherwise.

We will then recommence our services when school returns Monday 19th of October unless you have stated otherwise.

KLS continues to operate throughout the school holidays servicing our many commercial/retail clients, we are able to take your calls and perform collections during the holidays if required.

Monday 3rd of august is a bank holiday, this is a holiday for the banking and finance sector, and as the banks will not be opening on Monday we will be unable to operate either.

All Pickups scheduled for the Monday will be rescheduled for Tuesday.

Budgets for the next financial year have been completed, and have indicated a need for a small increase to our service fees.

Customers will receive a letter with their next invoice out lining the changes, and amendments to service agreements.

Monday June 8 is a public holiday and banks will not be open and we will not be trading all pickups usually scheduled for a Monday will be performed on Tuesday if you wish to make further changes please contact us in writing by fax or email.

I would like to welcome and introduce Grant Quinn our newest employee, Grant has been hired on a casual basis to begin with and as the business expands will eventually become fulltime. Customers on Wednesdays and Thursdays will meet grant over the next few weeks as he begins his training. Updated driver lists will be forwarded to all clients very shortly.

KLS is looking to hire a Cash in Transit Officer to meet the needs of our growing client base.

The successful aplicant will hold at least a 1A Security license and current first aid certificate, have completed recent training upgrades via RPL or be ready to do so. Due to the nature of our work Provisional license holders will not be eligible to apply.

Experience is preferred but not essential as full and in depth training will be provided.

The position will be casual min. 16hrs p/w but could lead to a fultime position in the future for a dedicated person looking for a career not just a job.
